Meet the Chef Vincenzo Perfetto

The Chef Vincenzo Perfetto was born in Torre del Greco in 1969, he attended the hotel institute of Vico Equense (NA). During his studies, for about four summers, he gains experience at the Villaggio Marispica (RG) of Grandi Viaggi (MI). Then at the Grand Hotel Qusisana in Capri, then he moved to the island of Ponza, as souce chef at Hotel Chiaia di Luna, then at the Hotel Adelaide in Marano (NA) for one summer. Then at the Caruso restaurant in Sorrento for 5 years as 2nd chefs. He is currently employed as an executive Chef at Hotel Michelangelo in Sorrento (NA).
